  1. What makes Picture This 360 Photo Booth Rental so special?
    We are committed to providing an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

  2. How many people can your platform hold?
    Our platforms hold up to 4 people. Fun!

  3. How far in advance do I need to book?
    You'll absolutely want to book as soon as you can. They fill up fast, especially during peak season. If you have an event that is short notice, please contact us ASAP.

  4. How can I make a reservation?
    Please follow select the Package you're most interested in. You will be directed to our Reservations portal to secure your reservation. Please note: A 50% retainer payment is due in order to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the date of the event.

  5. Plans changed, and I need to cancel my event. What do I do now?
    Contact us immediately. If you are canceling your event outside of the 2-day grace-period, you will forfeit your deposit, or we will do our best to reschedule for another date. We understand life happens.

If we cancel your rental before delivery and setup due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.

  1. What payment methods do we accept?
    We accept zelle, $cashapp, credit card or debit card payments via Square. Cash and checks are not accepted. We charge extra 3% if paid via debit/credit card due to processing fees.

  2. On the day of my event, what should I expect?
    Please allow us an hour for set up, and up to an hour for tear down. You can also expect us to be present throughout the entirety of the event for any needs that may arise.

  3. Can I rent the Photo Booth for an outdoors event?
    Yes. Please note: it is the responsibility of the customer to provide an alternate location for the placement of the photo booth in the event of inclement weather.

  4. What if I would like to extend my rental?
    Depending on time and availability, if more time is needed on the day of the event, you will be charged $100/per extra hour. Customer must have pre-approved confirmation from Picture This.

  5. How much space is required for the equipment?
    We ask for at least 6ft' long by 9ft' wide by 10ft' high, but a 10'x10'x10' location works best next to a power source within 10 feet of the booth. DO NOT select an area for the photo booth that has a lot of foot traffic (for instance next to an open door or exit), or whee the pavement/flooring is uneven. Safety for your guest and equipment is at the upmost importance.

    Backdrops vary in size, up to 10' wide x 10' high

  7. Can I provide my own background?
    Yes. You can set up your own backdrop

  8. How much power do I need?
    We need a wall outlet (110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet) for the photo booth. We do not recommend sharing the outlet with any other instrument in order to prevent the outlet from becoming overpowered.

  9. Will you be operating 100% of the time?
    We commit to being operational 80% of the time. Since we are dealing with electronics, there may be situations where batteries may need to be replaced.

  10. How can I make sure everyone is safe?
    We take the safety of our clients and their guest as our highest priority. In order to remain safe, we ask that you do not have the photo booth placed next to a door way, emergency exit, or anywhere else that is near heavy foot traffic.

  11. Is there is a travel fee?
    There is no travel fee in a 30 miles radius from Galesburg, IL. Beyond the 30 mile radius requires the purchase of the Life of the Party Package.

  12. What kinds of props are provided by Picture This?
    We can provide both physical and virtual props.

  13. Can you create personalized design for the photo template?
    Absolutely! We can customize your template to match your invitations or your event.

  14. Can you create personalized backdrop?
    With our standard packages, we offer 2 different types of backdrop: a green screen or a physical backdrop. With the green screen, your guests can choose any digital backdrops they like through our photo booth screen. With the physical backdrop, we put an actual physical backdrop of your choice (you’ll choose from our pre-made backdrops). However, if you still need a personalized or a branded physical backdrop, we can definitely create a custom design and have it printed for extra charge. Just hit the contact form and inquire!
